apoph doesn't use equations... does it?
it just uses transforms

The last version I used had equations that you could input. I asked my precal professor, he said fractal art is done by multiplying equation after equation into the thousands and then it renders it so we can see it. However I don't know what apoph uses now. But I am uncertain.

i don't think it does
i think the programmers used a stable equation so that the fractal could be seen
all fractals are is just a geometric equation that's repeated forever

Hm, maybe it doesn't. I could have sworn though I saw an equation function on the version I used. I know I saw algebraic/geometric functions on there. XD So long ago.

But yes, you're right. They just continue on and on, they're quite pretty though. :3
