I was in my high school's marching band for four years, which really helped with my balance. While it would probably be difficult and somewhat awkward to randomly join a marching band, if you simply focus on walking around without your upper body moving - carry a glass of water that's nearly full and focus on moving around without a drop spilling, maybe - and your balance your should gradually get up to where you want it to be :3
