this one was a lot faster to make than the rayquazas fklgdkl (and i don't plan on doing the shiny version of this one anytime soon)
primal kyogre is odd in general cuz some of it is transparent so some colors appear only at certain times, so i kinda combined how it is normal/relaxed and when attacking
i love how it all came together though
i will also make primal groudon, but i'm not sure how soon, so
primal kyogre from pokemon ORAS, pattern by me
