Which I was never a fan of, ergo there were a lot of things I wound up thinking of instead of the source.

But I'm questioning the logic of how an animatronics having a stomach. XD
Then assume that, if people getting forcibly stuffed into a suit was a problem, they must have taken some precautions just in case they failed to work that bug out of their programming -- assume that the mouth, throat, chest and stomach areas were what they prioritized the most when trying to keep the characters as light as possible.
Then assume that, to give them more of an organic appearance AND decrease the hazards / discomfort should they fail to eliminate the stuffing glitch, they swapped out the heavy metals whenever possible and substituted the same rubber material that BAYMAX from Big Hero 6 was made out of.
At least that's the assumption I'm making here. They didn't fix the bug, but since they succeeded in eliminating all of the hazards from being stuffed inside an animatronic, it's completely harmless, and for some, even enjoyable.
Chica: "It's okay, kid, I know you didn't really want to give me a kiss."
Kid: "It. . . It's fine. At least for now, they can't bully me."
Chica: "Are they always bullying you like that? Hm. Same time tomorrow?"
He was made of typical everyday vynel. The stuff you'd find in your typical pool toy. lol
I just loooove seeing vore of these characters in your style. TwT<3
