Okay!

1. Rough out where the characters are going to be. If nothing else, just draw a rough circle. Just figure out where they're standing/sitting/laying/etc.
2. Draw through figures if you need to. Erasing is free.
3. If there's a situation where someone's reacting to someone else - like if someone's punching someone, or whatever - draw the figure who's reacting first. I know that sounds weird but I really think it works.
