Despite his appearance, Sonata Arctica's powers have little to do with ice, the Stand gives the power to kinetically manipulate blood.
all it needs is a single drop of blood to quickly multiply it in a huge red wave.
even if it's main function is not fighting, Snata Arctica has two powerful attacks:
one consists in forming a bubble of blood that ingulfs the target head, making him drown (this attack is called "THE CAGE", inspired by this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nzwF3j4Gg4).
The other attack consists in coaugulating blood drops, turning them in huge red spikes while they are thrown toward the enemy (this attack is called "OCEANS OF REGRETS", inspired by this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5tmt7ehHfY )
Also, it can create shield bubbles of solified blood to defend the user and his allies.
Even if it can be very strong in battle, the main function of Sonata Arctica is tracking, if the stand can taste even a single drop of blood from someone, is able to know his location and reach him whenever he goes, even if it hides in parallel dimensions (usually biting him to death) .
Moreover, once it tastet his foe's blood, it cana excecute his ultimate attack: releasing a flurry of x shaped blood spikes that hits always in the same point

Wow, your stand looks some broken... But I think my stand can counter your stand because all the thrown objects or all used as projectiles he receive bounce back to the attacker doing 75% damage of the attacker sent to the projectile or thrown objects. But my stand takes the other 25% damage less 12.5% or less by his armor.
