Nearly a decade ago, I made those licenses (three types : caretakers, waddling and crawling that you don't see here). Nekosune made a program to files them easily but I couldn't find it anymore so I filled those by hands (hence the uneven lines and writing style). I made this for Grandpa's birthday and Grandma's upcomming one. Just sillyness overall. But it seems so futile after ready about Mommy's money problems. I still hope it make them smile.
