The ears a pointing in the wrong direction. Lol
They're squid fins, not elf ears.~
Also, people always give them too many tentacles for hair.
Actual inkling anatomy includes their arms and legs as four of the squids "arms" with four more included as hair with the two long tentacles as well.
I know it's not your design and all, just....eh
