As I said before, I found the little chip cooling fan was woefully
inadequate, So I went off to Radio Shack and got something with
a bit more horsepower. Had to cut off the end of the muzzle to fit it
in, then I glued a ring of foam around the circumference of the muzzle
to make a mounting flange and create a 1 inch dead airspace
around the intake end of the fan so there was a collection plenum.
Air enters through the nostrils, then is pushed back into my face.
Rewired the batteries for more ampherage, rather than more
voltage so battery life should be better.
