thats a neat little iris. :\ Most of the ones I've seen are either yellow or a dark plum color. the pigment in that flower tweaks my eyes. x3 I like it.

Hehe, thanks! That's why I bothered posting it, really. I took about 50+ shots in that series, and there's great variety of colours, shades, and lighting in them, but that's the only one that really made me stop and take a good long look when I was browsing through the photos afterwards. One of my friends suggested that it reminded them of a fractal image, perhaps that's what's drawing my eye. No real idea. lol

some pictures just stand out. and this one is definitely one of them. ~pats you on the back~ you should post more x3
