I read about some researches in biology, about the connection between the brain and the immunological system. In short, we have more bacterial cells in our body than we have our own cells. Many of them have negative or positive effect on the central nervous system (via some chemical link). All those bacterias are living in balance, otherwise their wars would kill the host organism. Dis-balance of bacterial population in a body can be a cause of nervous disorders, like anxiety, or depression.
The point is, people come into close contact to exchange ideas, hopes, and dreams. But most importantly, bacterial cultures and antibodies. ^^
