Hooray, my new original species!! Hilarious thing is, is that it was never intended to look like this! In fact, the original idea of this was that it was supposed to be ExperiMUNt (Me) when I started out at the feet, but when I reached the body, it started taking a much different turn!

Here's some information about Ruba and her Species, The Oppysal!

Coloration: Most of her body is covered in purple fur, while her stomach is a bronzed orange with some bronzed orange accents around her body including her tail, two dots above her eyes, and underneath her feet. Her eyes and paw pads are a brightly lit cyan, and are bioluminescent, and will glow in the dark!
Native Home: Wungdara
Foster Home: Earth
Personality: Ruba is very curious and outgoing, she will take on any adventure there is to find, and will go great lengths to complete it! She is very friendly, but can be shy at times around strangers and unfamiliar faces. She can be a joker, and will sometimes prank or trick people into doing things that she does want. Ruba is a friendly face to talk to, and is always ready to make a friend!

Oppysal Species:

Anatomy: Long, powerful digigrade legs to help them both run and jump at great speeds and heights, they are light in weight and body, which explains why they are able to leap so far. Oppysals have great hearing, smell, and sight. The large ears are curved in a half-moon fashion so they are able to hear everything that is going on around them and away from danger. Their ball-shaped noses are known to be stronger than a dogs, and are hyper sensitive to any smell they are around, and sometimes can be unbearable when around certain smells such as scented candles or body oder. With their four eyes, they have limited blind spots expect for the very back of their head, and the very front. They have great night vision, and are sensitive to daylight. And, as mentioned earlier, glow in the dark for improved vision. The split tail that they adorn is great for a safety line when swinging from trees, while their long but muscular arms help heave their body to the next branch.
Behavior: Oppysal are a very shy species, and will often be in hiding. It is the odd occasion that anyone would find an Oppysal to be very generous on social life, so often the Oppysal are recluses with their groups. They are however, are fantastic navigators, and will help any traveler who is lost to find their way back to civilization again. They are always friendly to meet in the Wungdara forests, and once gained their trust, their group (Herd, Pack, ect.) will forever be your ally and trusted friend.
