what's are the stories about?

It is about a war between devils (actually chimaeras, creatures from another world who have features of a mix of animals) and seraphims (angel-like warriors). The main character is a girl who had been adopted by Brimstone and pretends to live a normal life while she also works for him collecting teeth for a purpose she doesn't know. Hunters and killers sell human and animal teeth to Brimstome and get wishes in exchange. Suddenly angels begin to show up at Earth and start to leave marks in the portals she uses to move between worlds, and she gets involved in a war she was never told about.

I liked it, I tried to guess the ending but I failed. Now I'm reading the #2.
