Who said all sketches have to be scanned?
Alright, there is a small story behind this one. One of my friends, a good year or two ago, gave me a few cds packed with some of his old art programs. One of the programs on the discs was ZBrush. I installed it as soon as I saw it and have been near completely clueless on how to use it to model stuff in 3D with it, till recently.
I found a small tutorial here on DA, used it a bit, and sketched this in the program using my tablet over the course of an hour and a half while waiting for class. It's a dog's head, done without any reference or knowing how to work the symetry brush (if anyone knows of any tutorials for that, PLEASE SEND THEM MY WAY). Not bad for a first attempt I think.
WOOT, I know how to roughly do something in ZBrush!!
Traditional sketches will continue soon, hopefully.
