Capalettes are small elf like creatures who wear animal styled capes. These small creatures appear out of no where, depending on what animal the appear closest to they will form with a cloak based of the said animal. Capalettes are known to have the ability to talk with the animal they are formed from, this being said it is normal to find a shiba-capalette riding a shiba or a iguana-capalette sitting with iguanas.

Capalettes are EXTREMELY small only averaging to a sizes between 3-5 inches. Being magical beings they can size shift but they prefer their smaller forms.
