Another of my gryphons in no particular order, Embyrwind was the second of the five designs.
Embyr leads the Firebeak tribe that roams the plains westward of the Si'gane's forest home. The Firebeaks are warriors through and through with a much larger stature than the other breeds and a fondness for rough and rugged living. Embyr currently presides over the tribe after proving himself to be the strongest and most capable of his peers after the previous chief passed away. Like most of his people Embyr possesses a very strong sense of honor and duty to his people with a particularly stern and brooding personality. He always looks annoyed about something even when he's not and tends to come across as harsh when he finally decides to speak his mind. He also believes the best solution to any conflict is a good fight and has never been known to back down from a challenge or for that matter lose one after accepting.
Here we have him sitting by a fire during a private meeting with an imperial messenger and seemingly preparing to give someone a piece of his mind after reading the message. Embyr's people do not consider themselves citizens of the vast empire that rules their lands and often find themselves at odds with the imperials that cross their hunting grounds. For the most part the empire leaves them alone after the Firebeaks chose to fight alongside them during a great war that ravaged the continent but from time to time the random noble's son has to be set back on the straight and narrow after poaching game from the Firebeak's territory and some poor emissary has to be sent out to try and get them back.
Thanks and credit goes to
