Note to self: Need to get the smoker out from the garage one day :B
Ingredients:
A gigantic Flinstone slab o'ribs (duh)
1 heaping tsp kosher salt
1 heaping tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1-2 tsp paprika
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tsp dried parsley
1-2 tsp ground coriander
1-2 tsp ground fennel
1-2 tsp cayenne (optional)
To make:
Mix all the spices in a bowl with a whisk...
Coat both sides of the ribs with the rub...
You -can- let this sit overnight to let the flavors develop, but, these guys were saying "EAT ME NOW" :p
Get the grill going to 300 - 350 F
Let cook for 40 minutes, turning on each side to get both sides cooked...
I also grilled some corn with this (not pictured) and - all you need to do there is just soak the corn right in the husk for a few minutes beforehand, then cook them on the grill as they are! (They take up to 30 - 35 minutes on the grill, just make sure to keep an eye on them when you turn them so as not to 'overburn' them on any particular side)
Then just take out...let rest in foil for like 5 minutes...
In the words of the great
: DEVOUR!
Enjoy :p

That sounds like a delightful dry rub! Should really bring all sorts of yummy flavors to the ribs!
Wuffy just picked up this little toy: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IGAR8GK
Vrghr was going to use it to experiment with some "cold smoking" for cheese, salt, and fish. Or to see if it will let wuff run a 6+ hour session in the smoker without having to open the door to re-load the smoke tray.
However, if you put this in your grill and close the lid, you can get great smoked ribs without having to haul your smoker out of storage. *grins* Just set the grill up for indirect heat.
Those ribs look great, and one things for sure - the agony of anticipation is a LOT less with your recipe, than the 7 hours wuff takes to do his 3-2-1 ribs! *grins*
