Fact: McCain voted with Bush 95% of the time
If he had been elected, it would've been another Bush in office.
My opinion: Palin is a Political Britney Barbie =D

It wasn't 95% of the time, actually, it was less than 90%. While still a lot, both of them did follow their parties quite often. Many of the things that they both voted for weren't bad things, either.
And really, while I don't agree with everything he's done, he handled it far better than Kerry would have, I'm sure.

Not quite. Bush has done a number of rather liberal things in his second term that he seems to be criticized for.
Obama, on the other hand, is more of a Jimmy Carter, but even worse. I can't imagine prosperity under his plans. If he gets his way on gun control, I'll be out of a job.

The last eight years have gone to hell because of Iraq and the sub-prime loan crisis. Before we went to Iraq, there was knowledge from the CIA that Iraq had WMDs. The British SAS confirmed this, as did the French. And as it turns out, Saddam though his scientists were constructing WMDs, when in reality they had just been purchasing the parts required to refine the 550 tons of yellow cake uranium they had.
As for the economic problems we have now, it's most definately not the republicans at fault. In '03 Bush was working with GOP leaders to write a bill to limit Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's ability to force banks into sub-prime lending. If you're not familiar with sub-prime loans, they're when the chance of being paid back, multiplied by the loss, is higher than the potential profit from the loan. Democrats made sure to filibuster it. When a similar bill came up in '07, McCain co-authored it, but Democrats, particularly Obama, were quick to threaten any supporters with being outed as a racist. It's of notable mention that many of the senators who were against regulation of the FM's were also getting some sweet loans from them, too.
But fortunately, now that the ill-informed majority voted Obama in, as well as a lot of Democratic senators, we should see them clear this up, right? Because they did such a good job in the first place, right?
