I am not sure if he paid for all that food in the stand he emptied but....if I owned the stand I dunno if I should be grateful for buying me everything or mad for not being able to keep selling due to lack of stock :T

I'd say both, but it must be hard for the shop keeper to stay mad at such a pathetic, rotund dragon.
