While playing around with Photoshop CS6 Extended for a wallpaper and banner effect for a small file rhythm game project, I came across this and couldn't ignore that, so I further edited it brightening up the glitters & the extra color effects by accident was a great thing to see. That said, I bordered it, and this was taken from an old image.
