There's nothing sexual going on in the picture and I found the premise pretty funny. Shemeska was stuck in this male body, according to Yugoloth's outline, and so overcompensates for the gender-bending with ludicrously feminine attire and mannerisms. The idea is amusing enough that I accepted it. It's actually really fun to draw a "tranny" as most of the obvious ones I've seen are over-the-top in their behavior and clothing. It's like drawing a sparkledog, but expressed through their personality rather than just the clothing :D

Sparkledogs are those horrific fursonas some girls make that look like My Little Pony versions of canines, but with even weirder colors and generally a crazy amount of pointless accessories. If they have a described personality, it's generally a bit psychotic, and they'll be half this, that, and the other thing.
