Lex is the sole inheritor of her late grandfathers fortune, however she doesnt particularly need it as she often impersonates a male and gets work as a hitman (who also happens to be quite popular)

Ignis is a young orphan who used to run deliveries from the local bakery in exchange for the occassional scrap piece of bread and being allowed to sleep in the loft of the supply room. He would often deliver to Lex’s house and eventually she just took him in. He eventually figured out her secret and so she takes him on as her apprentice.
