I've seen one other person but I forgot who. They still made it with a small frame though. Mostly with just shoulders anyway.

Fatdrake to send the basic photoshop file to your Email. There is also a template in his gallery that practically spells it out. You can't go wrong! It took all day but was really easy.

Fatdrake is the original creator. He's got the original version and a template that'll make it so easy even I could do it. Just ask him to send the photoshop file to your Email and check the template in his gallery.
