Waiting in the rain..
The was an attempt to do some rain effects on a scaled creature. Was pretty fun to do. Not too happy with the result but it's practice regardless. I've identified a number of issues I need to work on too..
And yeah, Karlos dragon again, don't really have any other dragons to draw.
