First Impressions: Touhou Scarlet Weather Rhapsody
So I decided to download Wine on my MacBook because I wanted to play this game, and above are my first impressions on Touhou Scarlet Weather Rhapsody.
Overall, I think it's really fun, but I'm also pretty crap. Most of it is due to my play style; I've played Smash Bros. a lot and I keep thinking there's a block button. Not holding back. Either that or I'm holding down to block (for some reason).
Unfortunately, I can't play the game in English for some reason and it's really annoying. Exactly what is this GameGuard bullcrap? At least the game is functional though, excluding the crash when I try to change my name in Config.
Now I only decided get SWR and not Hisoutensoku too because I didn't want to try and connect the two games where I'd had less of a story of a game (even though that's what the internet's for). Even then, I didn't want to download that much. So I stuck with just these two things.
Also used my Lucario Sona for conveying my expressions.

Game Guard ironically is a program created to block the likes of hackers and bots. Most if not all Asian based games use it and it doesn't really work too well as evidenced by the issues Trion had after it Westernized the likes of the game ArcheAge and still had issues with cheaters getting around the program and the program itself blocking legitimate users from playing.
