^_^ Might I ask a question or two tho? How did you get tose scratches to look so...real? They look, like they are shallow scratches, but...I mean they have depth...I havent been able to do that when I try...could you give me a tip?
Also..is this colored pencil? It almost reminds me of Crayon, how smooth it is ^_^

About the scratches... I was proud of how they turned out, so thanks... but I wasn't really expecting them to turn out so well. All I did, I used one darker colour to originally draw them, but I didn't use constant pressure, so they aren't the same darkness all the way along, I then used a second (lighter) colour to fill in any gaps, best seen in the left scar of the bite mark. Otherwise I don't really know what to say... I did notice though, just looking at it again, that around the scars, my colouring of the main fur seems to be a bit lighter, which seems to give a slight impression that the skin is raised a little around them, like they are somewhat swollen (like scars often become) and so then the darker reds of the scars look more sunken in.

Thanx so much..Im really eager to try it ^_^ I bet mine wont turn out quite as well, but hey, practice makes better ^_^
The compliments are my pleasure, this is truly on oif my favorite TLK style art pices I have seen..the colors are smooth,well blended, the shading is very nice,and actually a bit mellow, and everything just flows really well and it makes it pleasing and fun to look at 8D
