Wally is kinda a hipster goofball- they like to joke around a lot and tends to get interested in things/talk about things most people don't or dont care about. Like the history of elephant training practices in the United states, for example. They're from the country so some of that country folk spirit leaks into their personality, but they also tend to be a bit of a punk rocker since they live in the city now. They also LOVE MEMES.
