Whipped this up last night when I couldn't sleep

This is a possible emoticon, since I can never find the right emoticon to describe how I'm feeling
Plus the idea of making my own emoticons sounds fun =3

I've been feeling like this for a while now, so since I couldn't sleep I thought of bringing it out on paper

The eyes aren't my usual eyes, they're eyes a girl showed me two years ago. Didn't know the girl, she was just in one of the classes my mom was subbing. She saw me drawing and showed me very feminine eyes. Can't remember how she did it, so I tried my best.
