Libby Airspinner was flying through a storm one night, due to having to work overtime and couldn't leave early before the storm hits. On the way, lightning struck her mechanical wings at the spinal cord. The resulting shock combined with the magic used to power the wings supercharged Libby's body, causing her muscles to expand and surge with power.
