I get clear non-printed 18" Qualatex stuffers on amazon.com, if you're having trouble finding them. I should do another few pics. I'll try to get some in later today. The Qualatex ones do a decent neck and feel like the latex is as thick as their 24" balloons. They're also some of the hardest balloons to tie for me -- I like to do a half-knot so I can untie them later.

Of course I can get new stuffing balloons. Those from Qualatex are even an inch bigger.

And Qualatex sells in Brazil too, I got the email and phone from a direct representative, and they do sell to individuals (dont need to be a company), plus they sell any quantity. If I want 5 or 999, they will sell me anyway!

It's interesting that Qualatex will sell to you directly. Their web page doesn't seem to be very inviting to individual buyers. I should check with them and see if they'll do direct sales in the USA. That would save me a lot of having to shop around on amazon and I'd be a lot more comfortable that I'm getting good quality balloons direct from the company.
