I bought a big one in a flagstore in New York. sadly i dont have a pole yet. thought i order it, but they want over 500 Dollars for delivery

Don't think so hehe. I have one of these which yousee in the police stations and the tv series, with the golden frame around. Really a nice one. Not a cheap one which you can buy on every corner

It means "government specification". Basically, the flag is made to the correct 10:19 proportion, which is slightly longer than a 3x5 feet one (3'x5' 8 3/8")
