Usually it is called polite and respectful to not redesign a character that doesn't belong to you.

it just a touch up. not a full re design. till keep the same design as before just with slight changes due to my style changing up.

Well, then, let me offer some critique. The scar is over his heart, not his arm. I do not recall there ever being an earring. You may also want to credit the character owner, people may mistake him as your character and I know full well that he is not.

Just my two cents.

I will add credit to the owner. the ear ring can be removed , i forgot to add the scar cross the chest.
