I recently got into the Animal Crossing franchise with New Leaf, and it is such a fantastic game. I really wish I had started playing the series sooner. So in honor of that and summer, here’s some drawings of everyone’s favorite Shih Tzu, Isabelle, being cute at the beach!
I had two goals when making these Isabelle pics. 1. To make her look absolutely adorable and cute. 2. To try using more vectors and different effects in my artwork. Normally I avoid those and prefer to paint everything out by hand. But then it hit me, it’s still using Photoshop. I’m still using a tool, but I’m now using more parts of it to speed up my workflow and hopefully push in a new direction.
I sincerely hope I succeeded with the cute part! Enjoy! :)
