"Just stay calm and collected. That's all I have to do." said Jack to himself in an attempt to steel himself for the big interview ahead.
"It'll just be someone from HR, I'm sure." continued Jack, clearly failing to steady his nerves. Worse it seemed, he wasn't paying attention...
As Jack continued to try un-ruffle his nervous feathers, he started growing unknowingly... By the time that he actually made it to the building where he was to do the interview, he had already out-sized it slightly. It was the worst possible way to do an interview. Suddenly one of the rooftop access doors opened and out stepped a dragon. No not a dragon, THE dragon, Ms. Bigtime.
"I'm here for the interview." blurted out Jack nerviously, feeling completely drawfed by the bosses presence in front of him. "For one such as yourself, I am rather impressed by your resume. Your choice of outfit is subpar, but I will let that slide this time." stated Ms. Bigtime, getting straight to the point, "Come in Monday dressed appropriately for the start of your internship."
Jack barely had time to say a nervous "Th-thank you Ms. Bigtime!" before she had turned around and was on her way, back to business.
Jack was in shock having been accepted by Ms. Bigtime herself and by the super fast interview. Then it dawned on him that he had just talked to the boss. While wearing a hoodie...
Jack made a quick mental note to go suit shopping right away! Once he had shrunk down again that is.
T-Bone Really is amazing. Both at art and for letting my character have an interview chance with the big boss dragon, Anita. He did an absolutely wonderful job drawing Jack, as well as capturing a little bit of his personality.
