So this is my second Person to be a Dragan... Soon if this keeps happening, I will no longer be me, and will be a specie everyone want to be as, then I have to change my name to be unique again XD

Anyway! It's still fun to do and pretty easy, since it's me but with different features!

So this is a Freebie because I made the commissioner wait for a month and half, least I can do lol, however, my commission rules and condition gonna change to make sure I do not offer any commissions as Freebie due to my mistake =P
