And I'm sure she is able to front the expenses, even if she may look like she's about to pick a fight with someone, but that's just the stress she's had lately showing. I'm sure she's much more amicable once she can relax a bit.

I wasn't thinking of monetary expenses. Some unpleasant people don't seem to be happy unless they're making someone else unhappy (or worse). It's a sad day when a person like that achieves a position of authority.
Yes, she does look the type to be no more than too tightly "wound up". Get her out of that constricting uniform and relaxing in one of a spa's venues may be just what she needs.

Ah yes of course... there luckily weren't any that I knew of when I had my quick (compulsory) stint at the army, though a certain manager in charge of paper clips comes to mind.
