In my previous uploaded pic,I am working on a Sly Cooper story titled "War Among Thieves" (not call of duty lol). So far character designs aren't much of a problem,as much as polishing the story.
For the moment being,here's one of the few antagonists in the story : The Thief Slayer. An unknown assassin who hunts down thieves and takes down criminals - in this case,hunting down the Legendary Sly Cooper.
His design is based off the Arkham Knight from the recent "Batman : Arkham Knight",but majority of his design is from Rinzler of "Tron Legacy".
