So, I added more shiny fleshy bumps with some anti-aliasing to make them look softer, and a nifty background that was done using a soft brush (GASP) that I cut down with the existing palette to make it fit in. I tried using the bulge tool from Paint.NET to make it flex and squish with the rest of the stomach instead of being purely static. Hopefully this looks better.

If you're still looking for criticism, the only real minor thing I can see is that the foreground doesn't really mesh with the background, the colour diversity is a little too different, though it could be the opening of the stomach from the oesophagus (I think I spelled that right), in which case that's all perfect. Great work Kelvin!
