The heart symbolizes all the positive emotions I feel and all the love I have for what I do, my family and Friends. The blue in the hurt shows that my heart can be cold towards selected few and reminds me that I can be emotionless at times. The green black tendrils are just all the bad that can be in anyone's heart. Sometimes it feels like I have so much envy, greed, and hate that I shouldn't deserve all that I have. I know I have good traits and qualities to me so, left the top clear and painted a halo over my heart. But even with the halo those horrible tentacles might raise their ugly heads at anytime.
The Blue blood going into the heart symbolizes dead blood but the blue is also to represent boys because as a child I was bullied heavily by boys to the point where I felt dead inside. When the dead blood goes through my heart it comes out red and alive. The red blood means despite going through hard times I'm still alive. I also gave it a tint of pink because a lot of women in my life have made my happy. The strands of peach colored paint is sort of the unity between past and present. I'm a better person now from my life experiences even though sometimes I feel like a monster
