Ryo stretched a bit before sitting down. Meditation required both mind and body to be relaxed, and now that the body was prepared...
Closing his eyes, he began to breathe deep. Slow, relaxed breaths as he gradually let his thoughts and worries float away. A soft smile graced his muzzle as he felt his chi flowing through him, healing magic surging from the tips of his ears to his toes.
Concentrating a moment, he felt his power coalesce into twin globes, misty spheres that drifted in the air around him. Smiling more, he took a final deep breath before relaxing his stomach and letting the power take hold.
Gradually, almost imperceptibly, he began to float upwards. Finally reaching the same height as the orbs, he reached out with his senses, feeling the peace without meet the peace within as he let himself become one with the energy coursing through the air, the water, the very earth beneath him.
