I don't know what you should do next..ish...
cel shading isn't too complicated. I reckon you did a better job than I did for shading dragon heads.

Maybe it's because of your simple line art, the cel shading is simple, I would say you should try full body cel shading for good practice.

I don't know your art style to judge but I lean towards very little realism so I can get away with exaggerating my cel shading.

Also cel shading fur is a nightmare.
