Meet Brenna, a dark/water hybrid pokemon.
She was inspired by the characters Death (a genetically mutated mightyena with wings and tentacles) and Ferra (a floatzel) of Mecha-Mightyanador's series "Tales of Travelers".
After reading about them I just couldn't help but imagine what their possible offspring would look like, and since a winged and tentacled buizel hybrid was just too good to pass up, here she is!
I did not just want to add bits to a standard buizel, so after some redesigning Brenna takes mostly after her mom (both in shape and personality), but has inherited her dad's wings and tentacles, as well as some minor features, and has a longer neck to balance out her general shape.
As for her powers and moves? Who knows what her unique genetic makeup will be capable of.
I do think her swimming speed and maneuverability must be phenomenal with those wings and flexible tentacles. (~_^)

Tales of Travelers is a fun read, filled with adventure, epic battles, humor, fun characters, and (be warned) adult scenes.

She's not a "straight" 50/50 hybrid, the history behind this goes like this:
In the story the Mightyena has been mutated almost out of recognition with tentacles and dragonite wings.
As he gets close to the Floatzel I joked that their kids could turn out to be "flying tentacled buizels".
Traditionally pokemon take the mothers species so I based Brenna on buizel/floatzel but redesigned her to show the genetic meddling that was done to dad which messed with her genes a little as well.
Thats why she has only a few mightyena bits.

For something that started off as a little joke, this turned out to be rather creative. I could actually imagine a floatzel evolving into this with the help of a dragon scale...and maybe at nighttime for the darkness attribute. The whole motion-trail thingie in the water was done rather well, and I really like her smile.
Hahaha, she could also be that, if it wasn't for the tentacles... ...but don't call her that up close ok? She seems a little sensitive to discuss her unique "attributes". (^_^)
Hmmm, maybe Buiselnite or Dracusel would work... take a Dragonite's wings and claws and modify its "feelers" to Brenna's tentacles and... OUCH!
