Some pieces don't need words. Although I have many things I would love to say, I feel that it would be better to leave it be, and let you pull your own meanings.
Just know that as I post this to share with you all, I do it with joy. Love always wins.

Alright, guys. While you guys are more than free to hold whatever feelings on this topic as may come to you, and I want to encourage y'all to be able to express them. This particular piece of art is something that I put a lot of my own personal love into. It means a lot to me, expressing the hope that I have that we're one giant step closer to living in a world where nobody has laws and restrictions telling them that their love isn't as valid as anyone else's. It would mean a lot to me if while you hold onto any strong opinions to the contrary that you might have, you please respect what this means to me and my partner, the efforts I put in to share our happiness with you, and keep the comments civil. Thanks, guys~
I don't mean to kill the moment but...
Supreme court rulings are meaningless. Individual states can still resist and even secede if they see fit.
About marriage, all that's changed is the inclusiveness of the ceremony and the benefits. Marriage itself hasn't changed at all, being no more than a word with a strictly religious origin. What I mean by that is that the word dates back thousands of years and is owned and defined solely by the religions responsible for it.
I'm no politician, but can anyone really expect the government to be able to actually change the religions themselves on a national scale?
It's religion, so of course not. The supreme court has no more control over religion than they do over the weather. People will always think what they will, always.
