He of course has grown his dewott whiskers since the Older version of Oliver has those even as an oshawott.
He has made it where his hair can fit through a crack in the skull he is wearing on his head and he has upgraded the armor he is wearing by getting some better gloves and has gotten some shoulder armor as well.
