I'd figured I post pics of my weapons of sonic destruction. So here's my first REAL guitar
A Fender American Stratocaster from around 2008 (modified over the years)
Currently has DiMarzio Humbucking/Hum-Canceling Pickups:
Tone Zone Bridge, HS-4 Middle, and Area 61 Neck
Re-fretted with 6105s (skinny and tall)
and Two stickers on the front (Bulldog and Cattle Skull) (and a zillion more on the back ;P)
I'll be posting more pics of my other guitars later this evening.
*Question for my musician furries: What the first REAL high quality instrument that you got?*

I've never had an expensive guitar. My first was a cheap black Ibanez I got for $85. I miss that thing. Then I bought an alpine white '91 Epi LP for $300 that I have to this day but it needs a lot of work. Then I bought a robins egg blue strat copy and a dean MLX and then a maple Ibanez GAX 80. I still have the LP, the Dean and the GAX. I've loved all of them and the three I have now have a lot of sentimental value (esp the LP) and if you gave me a pile of money to get a new guitar i'd probably spend it repairing and upgrading those instead of getting a new one.
I'll only ever play in my bedroom it's not like anyone else is ever gonna hear me, anyways.
