Yayyy! Another NEW poem! =D
I wrote this poem as a surprise gift for a GOOD furry friend. This would be him
TwilightRat *hugs him unbelievably tight* X3
I remember hearing Twi say that, lately, he's been in an AUTUMN mood. So, I wanted to surprise him with something that coincided with JUST that!
"Autumn Raid" was written specifically for TwilightRat; however, because it's a poem that I will happily publish one day, I decided to make the special secret within the poem hidden.
If you want to find the secret, read (vertically down) the FIRST letter of each line, MINUS THE LAST ONE!!! =O

Nice poem heh. I will say that I felt stupid when deciphering the message...I got "Rat' and "Yain" easy enough, but the first word I was trying to pronounce in my head, and I was like..."Twilig? Twil igha? Twil ighat? wtf?"

Yeah, blank verse is pretty free, as there's no rhyme; HOWEVER, I DO have a rhyme scheme here. It's just subtle because of the varying length of the lines. =D
Still, I'm glad you like it. A few others liked the vibrancy as well. It was a nice picture, and I was told that I portrayed the life of a rat very well! lol
