From a critiquing stand point, the lighting on the actual dragon is nice, as well as the presentation of a shadow behind him. However, the color may come off as a little too pale. Just a thought.
I find a problem in the size of the upper torso as the huge bulge under the left arm would give enough pressure against the back that it would either crush the spine, or harm the musculature in some way. In other words, it seems like an unnatural position for the dragon to be in. Try to remove that "bulge" in the back.
The font in the word "Yiff" is difficult to read at first clance, as the "i" looks like a "j" and the "y" is unrecognizable. This is only at first glance, but the joke could be lost by then. The color of the letters has enough contrast against the actual pic that it is noticable, so that's good.
The background looks made up and doesn't seem to represent any actual place. I make up lazy backgrounds in Photoshop too after drawing a pic, but it's not the artistically ideal thing to do.
All in all, the picture is okay. I like the concept. It's funny.
