This is my personal Anubyx, Odele.

I suppose Anubyx is a new species I am making of possessed lanterns by the spirits of Anubis. Anubyx are created by the god Anubis in order to patrol the halls of tombs to protect from tomb raiders and to help guide the dead towards the after life shalt they get lost.

Besides this Anubyx are PURELY nocturnal and can only take physical form at night, when it is day they will revert to the form of their lantern. Even though they are based from an Egyptian god their beings are not solely locked to that area. There are some lantern spirits created in different parts of the world who lurk among the grave yards and other places where spiritual activity is high.
