Kind of an old drawing of mine. Leif here's basically my first attempt at a sona based off of an actual animal and not sometin i made up. I've since developed him allot more and did a slight redesign on his bombs.

So, Leif here is a pirate living in a world which is best described as cartoony, containing plenty of silliness and overall nonsense. Leif's primary abilities are centered around the ability to conjure bombs, or more accurately, bomb creatures. because each bomb is it's own individual "person" there is a limit on how many he can summon. each one tends to have it's own properties though. Myribelle for example (the one he's holding, nicknamed Mimi) is the most basic type able to deal a potent explosion and is the most commonly used bomb buddy of his. the large one to your left, Lychee, is a much larger version of the standard bomb dealing a massive explosion and will often be used as a platform by Leif. he's also good at balancing on her and rolling around. the one to tour right is Hector who is a large rubberized bomb that will bounce around all over the place before exploding. he also makes a great pillow to sleep against. there are others of course such as some that stick to surfaces, some that explode into clusters, some that move around on legs, some that turn invisible, some that home in on targets, ect. Leif's bombs will also reform soon after detonating, with the smaller ones reforming the fastest. To top it all off Leif can actually transform himself into a bipedal bomb and detonate on his enemies. like his bomb pals, he will also reform after exploding. in fact, if he wants to return to normal, he has to detonate himself first and revert back to normal during the reforming process.

Despite wielding an arsenal of explosives, Leif is actually a pretty laid back guy with a big heart and friendly demeanor. He does however have a fiery temper when his buttons are pushed too much. it does take quite allot to send him into a rage though. Leif also has a very affectionate side to him and can be very cuddly. Leif also possesses a good sense of humor and doesn't take a whole lot of things too seriously. still, he has a strong sense of loyalty to both himself and others.

aside from his bomb related abilities, Leif is a competent brawler, as should be desired of a pirate. he hits hard and has a bit of an unpredictable recklessness to his style. he won't hesitate to fight dirty either and will use anything lying around as a weapon. he's also been known to hold his bombs by the fuse and pummel his opponents with them, they they dent to get a bit disoriented when he does that. he can also be quite resilient when it comes to dealing with various forms of discomfort.

Leif tends to enjoy adventure and travel, especially with friends. eating food and playing video games are also quite up there on the list. he also likes to collect things. mostly whatever sorts of treasures he finds on his travels. he also quite enjoys a good dust bath.

but, yesh, that's basically Leif. I've definitely gotta redraw him at some point. i am currently doing one drawing with him though which is why I'm posting this now. he's also got a little brother that I'll be drawing soon as well.
