Sometimes it can be hard to pick ourselves up when we fall... it can feel lonely, like no one cares...
..but sometimes we just need someone who will understand, someone who can hold us gently and make us feel safe. Even when we are in our darkest place it can really make a difference to be reminded that we are not alone.
